I believe in the power of slowing down, tuning in, and showing up—just as we are. As a reiki and sound practitioner and trauma-informed yoga teacher, I create gentle, inclusive spaces where people feel safe to explore movement, breath, and stillness. My sessions are designed with care, offering posture adaptations and grounding practices so every client can connect to their body and breath in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

Before stepping into the wellness world, I spent years working in special collections libraries and museums, immersed in the beauty of human stories and the art of preserving them. I also explored Romance languages, medicine, and marketing in my undergraduate studies, followed by graduate work in librarianship and archival science. These experiences shaped how I teach: with curiosity, structure, and deep respect for each person's journey.

In every session, I bring together elements of yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, sound healing and reiki to support emotional, physical, and energetic well-being. My goal is never perfection—it’s presence. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking solace, or simply looking to breathe a little easier, I'm here to walk with you.

Rooted in both tradition and creativity, I continue to refine my teaching with depth, presence, and care, and by deepening my personal practice with new studies in Thai and Yin Yoga.
