We are committed to providing you with the best reiki and Thai yoga services to promote your well-being. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a session.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment with Izzie Molestina, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  2. Services: Izzie Molestina offers sessions for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness. Our services do not replace medical treatment and we recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

  3. Booking and Payment: All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of a prepaid session.

  5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full payment is still required.

  6. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and ensure that all information shared during your sessions is kept confidential.

  7. Liability: Izzie Molestina is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your session. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Reiki and Thai Yoga Bodywork are complementary practices and not a substitute for medical treatment.

  8. Code of Conduct: We strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.

  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Izzie Molestina reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as necessary.
